Chief Makube《間久部マクベ機関長, Makube kikan-chō》 is a supporting character in the Hellsing series created by Kohta Hirano. He is voiced by Takashi Taniguchi in the Japanese sub and Jesse Merlin in the English dub.
He is the head of the rival organization of the Hellsing Organisation, Iscariot, as well as the successor to Enrico Maxwell after his death in 1999. He is shown to be perceptive of supernatural matters as he is aware that Seras Victoria's shadow, Pip Bernardotte, was there to cover the entirety of the Hellsing manor before being able to seemingly damage him. He claims that Iscariot is not yet prepared to battle on an even field at this time, but when the hour grows close, Iscariot will be there to launch the 10th Crusade.
