melody (projektmelody) (mel's hype)

The 3rd costume of the Indie VTuber ProjektMelody, referred to as "Mel's Hype", revealed in late May 2021.

She wears a purple hoodie with x's on it, a grey skirt, purple thighhighs, grey shoes and purple & blue glasses on top of her head. This outfit also has a "dark mode" variation.
