Mochizuki Chiyome in her Third Ascension outfit from Fate/Grand Order. The ribbons wrapping around her body are now red, and she loses the eyepatch to reveal that her covered eye is yellow. She wears a miko outfit consisting of a white sleeveless kimono, see-through sleeves, tassels tied around her waist, red hakama with side slits, and white socks with sandals.
