ne-class heavy cruiser

Abyssal heavy cruiser introduced in Kantai Collection's Fall 2014 Event based on the Western New Guinea campaign. First shows up as the boss of E-1 stage before appearing as a regular enemy in subsequent stages. Has white hair, wears a short black dress with an ascot and thigh boots and a metal piece covering her mouth. Her armaments are mounted on her thighs and on what appear to be tentacles growing out of her torso.

It is noted that she has similarities to Suzuya and Kumano in appearance.
