northern sea princess (roshiakouji-chan)

Original character by roshiakouji-chan, based on Kantai Collection.

Nicknamed Hokka-chan. A young abyssal princess, almost always appearing with Hokuto-chan and usually with Hoppo-chan. Slightly taller than Hoppo-chan, with a large white ponytail and blunt bangs and sidelocks somewhat resembling a hime cut in front. Has two small horns similar to Airfield Princess's.
