Blatantly offering to receive an ejaculation in one's open mouth.
Usually the mouth is wide open with the tongue out in a sexually suggestive manner. Occasionally the mouth is pulled wide open with the fingers, or a fellatio gesture is made over the mouth.
Not to be confused with ahegao or fellatio gesture.
