The second Overwatch by Blizzard, following-up and fully replacing the original on October 4, 2022, as a patch to the original game.

The title featured a roadmap for an expanded PvE mode & an adjusted game balance (including moving from 6v6 to 5v5). As of May 16, 2023, the skill trees and "Hero Missions" part of the PvE work were cancelled, and as of February 4, 2026, has dropped the 2 from its name, returning to just being called Overwatch.
