It's a gothic outfit consisting of a black frilled dress with see-through sleeves, a black chest bow with a pink gem, a frilled eyepatch, black headdress, torn purple fishnet thighhighs and black mary janes.

Her official hairstyle for this costume can be either curly floor-length twintails or ankle-length straight hair with a purple streak.
