Lore-wise, she is an "orca girl", but as once officially joked about, she does not have orca-like physical features (enough to be tagged as such in Danbooru).

As designed (Twitter link to Parsley-F's character sheet), she sports medium-length grey hair with black streaks, red eyes and large breasts.
As she shares the same artist with Shinshuu Maru, many took note of the similarities in the outfits of the two, especially the black-red hood and similar hairstyle. The difference is that Chloe's hood is themed like an orca with white eyes, has caution tape on it, and is flanked by two plaid bows on either side.
