side-tie skirt
A skirt that is tied at the side with a string or ribbon. Often worn over a bikini bottom as a separate garment.
If the skirt is attached to the bikini and not tied at the waist, use bikini skirt instead.
Not to be confused with a tied skirt or sarong.
