An S rank Sinner, a travelling fortune teller of the White Sands, otherwise known by her real name Anarkia. Her alignment is Heresy.
Stargazer has dark skin, her eyes are canonically violet purple, but can either be depicted as blue or purple by artists. She has low-tied very long black hair, her hair is parted into two halves, each tied by a hair belt. Has gold body markings on her stomach, waist and thighs.
She wears a open hooded white jacket with wings ornament on the hood, a green tube top, white baggy pants with hip vents and knee cutouts, and a pair of black toeless shoes.
