wrist cutting

The act of cutting one's own wrists to commit suicide by way of exsanguination. It is also used as a form of non-lethal self-mutilation or more rarely on others as a form of torture.

This tag also applies when there are visible scars that are evidence of (past) wrist cutting or when it looks like the character is about to commit the act.

Usually done with a boxcutter, though other sharp objects will also do.
