An eroge by AUGUST released in 2005. Has several abbreviations (in frequency order on Pixiv): Keyorina, Yoakena, Akeruri.
It was adapted for non-adult PS2 game and anime TV.

Whilst the game is generally considered to be good, the anime became infamous for its copious QUALITY artwork (including the infamous QUALITY cabbage) and budget barely higher than two beers.
