I'm American, but I drink tea as my main method of hydration pretty often, so yeah, I need to down about 4-5 pots a day, including at least one with each meal. I don't regiment it out like that, but I do tend to drink tea at regular points.

I once asked my british friend "How much tea do you ACTUALLY drink?" His response was something along the lines of "I actually don't drink nearly as much tea as most of my countrymen. Only about 4-5 cups a day."
So.....yeah. While I don't think they have many specific "tea times" as indicated in this comic ("tea" as a meal is generally taken in the late afternoon or early evening, between 4 and 6), they certainly consume enough tea to accommodate them.
