Can't figure out exactly what she's saying, but if anyone is better with that kind of grammar, the kanji there is: ćŠćš (ă«ăăă) (n,vs,adj-no) conception; pregnancy;
The only translation I can think for that bubble literally wouldn't make sense :|

If I remember correctly, -ăăĄăă is short for -ăăăŠăăŸă.
X-ăăŸă means, basically, that X happens unintentionally. X-ăăĄăă, thus, means that X happens to the object (in this case, Kirino) without X being her intention. (This doesn't necessarily mean that the object dislikes it; rather, it means that they didn't have any choice in that situation.)
Perhaps she's not speaking about herself? Perhaps the negative isn't rhetorical?
I myself can't make heads or tails of it, but maybe...
How much did you let out?'How much did I let out'? Oh, she must mean how much I cried ...Yea! It squeezed a bucketload out of me!So,Hey, I finished that eroge you let me borrow before.As usual, you took forever...Crying SisterI-idiot!
