Nell:

Western artist name; western-ish style; copyright that doesn't natively have an anime style.

Most posts tagged with this artist were approved by various Approvers and both have a similar style and are under the same copyright, so I think the issue is probably something else. It would be best to let the Approvers themselves explain why they passed it over. Specific advice from non-Approvers like us could potentially mislead other users. As for artists and nationality, see forum #128234 and forum #163736.

The bright colours also bring to mind those danger-hair SJW type people, which weebs typically loathe, so no doubt that biases the image toward deletion – not that it necessarily should, but it will.

You mean the feather hair ornament? I don't think anyone's going to mistake that for dyed hair. Besides, Danbooru's userbase is pretty politically diverse, and I've seen comments from some Approvers here and there that suggest their political alignments fall somewhere to the left, so I doubt those specific Approvers buy into that stereotype anyway. Not to mention the obvious fact that anime has no shortage of characters with unusual hair colors.

Disinterest, not to mention that some aren't fond of so many bodily fluids (I'd appreciate a NSFW warning next time though if all images are that). A contributor can post without approval of others, but that doesn't remove scrutiny when others post such works. Granted, if an approver who wants such content posted sees it and approves, that also works, but with how many new works are posted daily, it can go unnoticed.

post #7357719 - Don't get this one. Maybe you could say the blood obscures some details in the image and that detracts slightly from the quality? Parent is not deleted, but was uploaded without requiring approval.

Western artist name; western-ish style; copyright that doesn't natively have an anime style. Might be considered off-topic, though the deletion of western content as off-topic is very inconsistent. The bright colours also bring to mind those danger-hair SJW type people, which weebs typically loathe, so no doubt that biases the image toward deletion – not that it necessarily should, but it will.

Don't worry. I undeleted the 2nd post.

If you don't want to see NSFW, you should really set up your blacklist appropriately, it's often expected that people look out for themselves in this regard.

I don't know why this post isn't approved. It is the official art from the game. post #7396928

This thread is for asking about deleted posts. Your post is still pending.

Under "History" you can check "Moderation". In this case all approvers who looked went for "disinterest."

The "disinterest" messages are a placeholder for when the Approver doesn't give an explicit reason. The main reason for this thread is for others to get more specific feedback from Approvers instead of the boilerplate messages. It's also not necessary to go to the Moderation page since all of the important information will be shown in the red textbox above the post.

Also, I've seen you posting on this thread a lot lately, so make sure you're careful with what kind of advice you're giving here (see my response to Nell a bit upthread).

The blacklist does not currently block tooltip thumbnails (I checked) and those particular thumbnails are pretty graphic, so I think an NSFW warning is warranted in this case.

What may be wrong with post #7386766?

Only the big sample watermark for me, I'd usually wait for the image without it, but looks like it might not eventually be publicly released in this case.

You can use custom CSS. I use the one in about:custom css style to blur thumbnails when I'm not at home, you can easily add more tags and edit the filter.
