Probably the Deep Ones, which already have a history of sexing humans to make fishbabies. Perhaps the Great Race of Yith as well; the illustration of them on Wikipedia has it look like it's wearing a ballroom gown or something. The Men of Leng might be another possible one, as well as their bosses, the Moon-beasts. Nightgaunts seem like an assured addition; the wiki describes them as "tickling" victims into submission. And maybe the Elder Things, which made the Shoggoths, though perhaps not.

Don't forget the Hounds of Tindalos, with their tireless chasing schtick, although working in the time travel angle might be tricky.

I can think of an easy method: they see someone they like, they decide to go back to when they think he looks best and court them in that time period. From there, much sucking of bodily fluids commences, as the Hound of Tindalos already does (though as these be monster girls, in a decidedly different manner from normal).
Alternatively, them bringing their hubby back to a primordial era for a pastoral start-of-history sorta settling-down (frustrating archaeologists in the process) occurs as another funny-but-cute time travel shenanigan to consider.
