as much as i love luffy, add that to my lack of info on this "united kingdom" char, i believe they have no chance against BRS and Celty. should they go all out, luffy's DF weakness is sharp objects. it all boils down to BRS and Celty (who is immortal(?) but still feels pain).

Mio would run, I dont know what the hetalia character capable of, Luffy would get cut (eventhough celty's scythe cant literally cut, BRS would).

It's going to be intense, but in the face of the immortal, it's all futile.

United Kingdom is here just for Rule of Cool, he is the incarnation of a perfectly human nation, and maybe his combat skills are the ones of a human pirate. But, they don't even need to fight, the pic is epic as hell and that's a fact, fighting skills aside.

so he wouldn't get cut at all
