I think you've forgot a sine or cosine somewhere. The barrel's end seems to be on the same level as her shoulders, and the angle between Satori and rifle couldn't be less than 60°. So, if we take that rifle's vertical projection is 0.3 of Satori's height and the length of projection is about cos(60°) = 0.5 of rifle's length, we would get that Satori's height here is about 166 cm.
