Hey, that's totally Pre-To's awesome dual-wielding thunder-controlling blue-eyed not-as-flat Tenshi for MUGEN, Kenshi! Strangely enough, the luggage is a weapon. btw her hair isn't blue. Kenshi's hair is black, but i'm not really sure here with this coloring... definitely not black, but not blue either... it kinda looks like some color inbetween purple and gray. Changing the tags.
