Well, the Ultradimension CPUs act very similar to their Hyperdimensional counter-parts, so it'd be kinda weird if this Neptune was the exception.
Hell, Purple Heart, who is supposed to be the older, more mature "alter ego" of Neptune, sometimes says/does childish things, and vice versa. I don't think her ways will change significantly, if at all.
