Question; since we know both her first and last name, is it worth it to make a tag for her? Unless I'm reading the tags backwards, it would be Tsubaki_chiyohiko .

You (and others like you) remind me of that saying: "If it exist, there is a app for it" and in this case, tag. If it exist, there is a Danbooru tag for it. Anyway, since it's a japanese name, shouldn't the last name put before the first name? The admiral, his name is Matsuda, so shouldn't it be Chiyohiko Matsuda instead? Like all the other character name tags?
Aside from the inferiority issues with his brother-in-law, unwillingness to follow superiors' orders without question, and denseness when it comes to reading the atmosphere, then yes...

In all fairness, I'm fairly sure *ALL* members of the male species in anime/manga/doujins are cripplingly KY.
Sharp, compassionate, well built, essentially he has no flaws...
A man among men.
When they returned, I witnessed Tsubaki riding on the deck of one of them equipped with the ocean fit-out.They, in the same way as our shipgirls, cannot have other ships riding in them.
...and thus, that is my reasoning for Tsubaki not being an abyssal ship herself.
