Thirteen Orphans/Peerless Patriot/RISING SUN tends to look more impressive though, since it's an all-or-nothing hand which can't be switched out at the last minute for a lower point (but scorable) one.
Of course, it doesn't score as much when Aotenjou/No-limit rules are in effect, since it combos very poorly (same reason why it's hard to switch out of).

Now I would like to see her fight against those Luck Monsters of Saki
Saki characters are small fry compared to the likes of Koizumi, Putin, der Führer, and POPE SIDIIIIIOUS BENEDICT! Heck, even Bush Jr. can give them a run for their money.
Not sure about Akagi though, as the series are more about psychological pressure instead of reality-bending luck (granted, Akagi has very good luck, but it's not as probability-defying as the likes of Saki and Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku.)
Generally, when Akagi pushes his luck you have to admire his balls and way it pressures his opponents into making mistakes. Saki pushing her luck (goddamit friggin' rinshan kaihous) makes me go "Bullshit!" instead.
And well, Mudazumo, disbelief is pretty much suspended within the first chapter, so really, anything goes.
