About the tags, the "Finnish" flag is somewhat ambiguous, but the last flag on the left side is definitely a signal flag, the French flag would have the colours in inverted order.

Sorry, I tagged this fast knowing they would probably be wrong. I am not well versed on naval flags either. Will remove french flag and finnish flag.
