Yeah, sometimes the teams can be seriously unbalanced. But you can still win even with three level ones and one 20 if you manage hard enough.

Yeah, the gear might help but if your playstyle is suited to like the junior splattershot then your level means little. I like that, gear gives so little edge you can do just fine without it, all comes down to teamwork and skill.

I was thinking it would only be for matches exclusively with friends. But then again, you would need 4 friends in a match.
