I think the way you can tell them apart is their clothing and the placement of that gold thing on their hand.

If you are going to be a master for Rider, you have to make plans for her sisters as well.

There are actually slight differences in Stheno and Euryale's faces in the in-game art for F/GO. I've always noticed their faces before their clothes, so I always just tell them apart like that.

Granted, that's not possible in most fanart since most fanart doesn't stay completely true to the faces. Like here, Stheno's face isn't that of either of the two.
