Gameplay mechanic considered, even my Haruna can Two Hit KO LV 83 Iowa, I am pretty sure most DD can do it too in Night Battle

In World of Warships terms,Haruna is tier 5 so she can't really match Iowa in tier 9.Kaga is a tier 7 carrier with lower tier planes which may get easily picked off by Iowa.Suzuya is tier 8 cruiser and one good broadside she is almost sunk.
