Anyone not familiar with Pokemon: Inkay is not a water-type, it is a Dark/Psychic, and it will evolve if you were holding the 3DS upside-down when it hits level 30. It is the only pokemon that can learn Topsy-Turvy, which flips the opponent upside-down and makes all positive stat changes negative, and all negative stat changes positive.
I thought about putting this into the "About Time, Saw it Coming" pool because this is the first time I've seen Seija and Inkay together, but she's already been pictured with Malamar (its evolved form) so I guess that counts.
