    It's quite upsetting, isn't it? In the Ultra Moon description for original Raichu, they go out their way to acknowledge that.
    "Because so many Trainers like the way Pikachu looks, you don't see this Pokémon very often."
    I couldn't believe my eyes when I first read it. Give the poor guy a break!
