For a second I thought that was supposed to be Hood....
The Mighty 'ood is mysteriously absent from Kancolle. As far as I know, the nearest thing to a reference to her that there's been in-game was the location of the fight with European Water Princess, who's apparently an amalgamation of Nelson and Bismarck rather than Hood.
