I have touched down on this topic before and when you think about it, we a currently drinking milk from an animal with hooves and horns, because we consider this the norm....... but why? Why does this interspecie relationship with milk consumption fly when this is considered weird or even a fetish? At this point I would not even care if they were milking rhinos outback for their low fat milk as long as it tastes okay.
Actually, my WTF has more to do with how they have one breast that's five times the size of the other...

To answer this seriously, though, while there's definitely a large part that's just familiarity. (Sort of like how other unfertilized bird eggs are generally the same as chicken eggs, but people think it's really weird to eat a turkey's egg or duck's egg or whatever...)
That said, in particular for human women, it's the act of putting someone in a position normally reserved for livestock. Basically, it's the same as "Pony Play" (and not the My Little Pony type).
