Does Jeanne Alter and Santa Lily have a lot of rivalry in canon or are they just commonly depicted that way?
Alter Lily is quite critical of Alter in the event story. As far as I'm aware there's never been any direct interaction, nor has Alter referred to Alter Lily.

Alterly is basically normal Jeanne in a smaller version of Alter’s body. She has Jeanne’s innocence and maturity while Alter’s childish tsundere dere edginess. Their relationship is like Chiaki and Kana from Minami-ke if Kana was an edgelord and Chiaki wasn’t as mean.
Think of Elizabeth with Carmilla’s personality while still being Lizzy.
