I've always thought it was really weird that only the Sims sisters has those real animal ears (even though they're American). Some anons in 4chan called them weebs lol.
I'm stumped by the first panel. It says "This little Hammann has no foundation/basis", which made me go "whuhhh?". Checking the Korean version gave me this line: "이 작은 허언은 근본이 없습니다"
...which has the same literal meaning. I'm guessing "근본이 없습니다" ("...geunbon-i eobs-seubnida") has some idiomatic meaning that got mangled when it was literally translated into Japanese (using the same hanja/kanji equivalent for geunbon). "Hammann does not have a clear pedigree/family background", maybe? Or is "작은 허언" (little Hammann) some kind of Korean meme? (i.e. "This little Hammann is a lie")
