If this were a class vs class tournament with any 2 members on each team, I'd put my money on Shiratsuyu or Yuugumo classes. However, if it's a class vs class tournament where the lead ship is one of the two players on each team, I'd go with Kagerou or Yuugumo
Yuugumo and Naganami with Asashimo as a sub would beat pretty much anyone Yuudachi and Kawakaze probably make the best Shiratsuyu-class team, but I'd only bench Yamakaze and Samidare Kagerou with either Shiranui or Isokaze could also do well
However, if each class had to give all their members equal playing time, I'd put all my money on the Shiratsuyu-class, since Kagerou and Yuugumo have lots of very questionable members. Maybe the Ducks as well, since I don't see any of them being the absolute best at volleyball, but I could definitely see all of them being above average. And no money would go towards Shimakaze, because even if they let Amatsukaze help her out, they'd be dead by the time the other classes cycled through all their members.
I'm probably underestimating some of these classes. Age and guile might play a role. Also, Asashio is an honor student for a reason.
