Her urban legend is "end of the world" scenarios, like Y2K, 6/6/06, 2012 and the like Pretty sure her last word is The Rapture, more or less
It seems that she's using those balls to shoot down that huge laser. Can anyone give me reference about her urban legend, though? I searched up Rapture and it's a little bit different than what I imagine when I see "alternate world" on her last word's name. I'm thinking that her urban legend is Gensokyo itself, though I'm not really sure about it myself.

I think it is referencing Gensokyo or the moon, cause it is talking about madness and another world

Like i said, it doesn't seem to explain why the last word's name is "alternate world". Rapture is about the end of the world, but following the story in ULiL and her last word name, it doesn't seem to have anything to do about ending a world, it's more like making a "rip" to another world, which in this case is Gensokyo's boundary. That's why I said her urban legend is Gensokyo itself.

I mean, the Rapture is about the faithful being bodily assumed into Heaven. It's an apocalypse to the people who don't get Raptured, but evidently Sumireko counts herself among people of faith (in Gensokyo, rather than Jesus, I would imagine).
