I think she's wanting to go where people won't recognize her for once, so she doesn't have to wear a hat and shades everywhere.

Cheer-chan imagines such a beautiful smile on her face; a genuine one for someone special to her rather than a superficial pose for the camera like the one on that advertisement up there.

I would be nice if she could go to the beach without having to dress up in incognito while running away from cameras.

Tried my hand at it, but if anyone spots a mistake, please go ahead and correct it. I'm not quite confident on the second tweet's translation, particularly 揺らしながら and 体験させてくれる. The former I'm assuming he's talking about how her breasts sway about, and the latter probably refers to experiencing what would usually be just an image, but "live" (生イメージビデオ).
