    Well, either that, or Japan has had miraculous luck in the Tawawaworld regarding the pandemic. Pick from the following:

    • The pandemic was nipped in the bud and only became a Chinese epidemic at the worst.
    • The Japanese population has a strangely unique super-resistance/immunity to COVID-19 that's so good, they don't even have to worry about being asymptomatic carriers past the 14-day-or-so incubation period.
    • The Tawawa-no-Kami has put a divinely-powered barrier around Japan that literally atomizes the virus the moment it tries to pass through in any way, shape or form. Gotta protect the boo-- Ahem, I mean the bountiful harvest!
