I'm pretty sure I've seen this exact comic done for Persona 3. The point is, if you want to live in a JRPG, despite the fact that the storyline probably insists that friendship and cooperation can overcome any obstacle, never, ever rely on your friends to do anything useful ever.
She never really did much good as a healer without a human playing her, in my experience.
It was always "Oh! Yuri's got a scratch but everyone's fine! Let's pitch a full-party heal at him!" or "Oh my goodness! An ally is down! Let me go attack someone!" or "OMG a papercut! Maximum-strength healing for you, mister!"

Your referring to the stats menu right?..
For me it was the third form of Duke I was forced to rape Raven's Love-Shot because of Estelle's; "Oi my gosh someone is dead---but I'm still attacking some one..please just wait an moment..."
An two seconds or so would pass then she would start to heal only for it to be canceled out---then she would die.....-facepalm-
All I know is I haven't cussed at my television screen in sooooo many years directed to one character until that one boss-battle----it was frustrating..
lol I never rely on my allies for healing. I damage, heal, rez, buff, and remove status effects while my allies are using fire on an enemy that heals when hit by fire. Really fucking hate constantly going into the menu to turn off spells that heal my enemy.
Lol at the "marin fucking karin" tag. I've had the same problem with Mitsuru and on a rare occasion, Tear(TOA). She loves to cast healing circle on a character right after they die. And then she casts resurrection. Twice.
