From the dlsite download page, artists seems to be 有広ひろや, either Hiroya Arihiro or Yūkō Hiroya
That's not the artist, that's the writer of the script for the ASMR. For some reason they have zero mention of who the illustrator is, so unless someone recognizes the artstyle I think we're out of luck.
