The only options given in the latest poll were "bring umbrella" and "leave umbrella" without any context. Nothing saying who either option would direct Otaku towards.

In any case, the next images show that Osanai has jumped up another 2 points, so while there's no "sharing umbrella" with her she's still going strong.

I'd say senpai and Otomore are the responsible type and wouldn't forget theirs. That sets options alright since I don't really see Himekawa sharing an umbrella with mc right now and seeing mc looking pathetic would make paisen jump right in.
