To me, it's a no-brainer, I would take Venti.
His burst is so helpful to gather enemies in one place.

I got Hu Tao already for big burst. Venti that is.

I already got Childe but I highly doubt I'll get Venti.

Then again knowing my luck I probably will.

Then it's off to farm more EXP and Mora along with the mats to ascend him and the artifacts needed for him.

And Tartaglia himself still lacks decent artifacts so that twice as more fun.

I find farming Venti's mats to be easy. There's only one place to get Cecilias so you don't have to travel a lot. His other mats drops from slimes which are easy and common enemies. And then the Anemo Cube is a relatively easy boss to beat as well. Of course, Artifacts, EXP, and Mora are a whole different issue. At least for Venti, I really only need get a good Viridiscent set.

What if you already have Venti and want Rosario but dont want Childe? like i want another cryo since i dont like using chong.

I dont like either one for different reasons, so its a pass for me. That aside, I dont use bows much anyway...

Childe's face in every art never ceases to be punchable.
