There is something I have been wondering, nothing to do with this image but rather Pixiv itself.
Does Pixiv not have a black list feature similar to Danbooru?
Many a time I think up a character tag and go image hunting only to see numerous images of said character getting guro'ed, beaten, vore, taking a shit/soiling themselves, being drawn as hideous fat blobs...you get the idea.
At the end of the day artists can draw what they want and what fans they have are free to enjoy it but I'd personally love to have a black list just so I don't have to keep seeing it.

Go to your Pixiv user settings and block display of R-18G art (set グロテスクな作品(R-18G)to 表示しない, if your UI is still in Japanese).
This will block most of the stuff you listed above. Some other stuff like (extensive portrayals of) cockroaches will be dragged in too, because Japanese users tend to consider those as "grotesque".
Can't exactly fine-tune blacklists unlike on Danbooru. There is a blacklist feature, but that for blocking individual users from accessing your art instead (and easily bypassed).

I already have the R18G block active, I think that is active by default actually.
I guess the images I have been seeing just haven't been tagged properly by their artists. It's not the end of the world if I can't blacklist I can keep going as I always have and try to ignore those images while I tag search.

IIRC default usually blocks both R-18 and R-18G. Though it might depend on how the account is set up (but R-18G should be default-blocked anyway).
From experience most Japanese users are very picky on the R-18G distinction (don't want to see guro/scat/gonk art of their favorite characters), and so the R-18G tag will usually be added very quickly (with author receiving flak in some cases for not adding them on post).
Though, could depend on copyrights and character. If the character gets R-18G'd often then maybe people don't bother tagging. Or, alternatively, if the character is popular enough then some untagged examples will inevitably slip through regardless (if you look at enough pics). Out of curiosity, which characters were you looking for?

I don't really remember most of the tags I searched as this is something that happens on and off over the years.
A few I remember a little were some poor quality pics of Rem from Dream Hunter Rem getting punched when I just wanted to see a cute anime girl in bikini armor. Not seeing them with a quick search guessing they either added the R18G tag or the images were deleted.
A quick look into the TLRD tag hoping for some Nana art and I see an image of the Deviluke sisters taking a shit together, no thanks. Went looking into the tag for Celes from FF6 wanting sexy leotard art and saw images of her soiling herself.
And the most recent examples that got me wondering about Pixiv black lists was the Chi-Chi tag. After uploading all the nice bikini armor Chi-Chi art by Wakaho Riku I decided to have a deeper dive into her Pixiv tag. Saw some images of her soiling herself, farting or drawn as a fat blob.
Again I can ignore all of the above since it doesn't appear all the time in huge amounts but when I do see it it is a hard nope from me and move on.
Edit: I forgot Pokemon. Been more than a few times I wanted to check Pixiv for some of the Pokemon girls and see art of them being crushed and/or swallowed by one of the snake pokemon. Again going to be a nope from me.

The faces of characters you draw...... are all drawn from the same angle, aren't they?
