In fact, the usage of fire arrows against infantry is very, very limited in history: the only thing(s) it's good at was destroying facilities (limited to wood and waxed cloth, aka tents) and setting cavalry units to disarray (by spooking the horses, and it's limited to night time), aside from striking panic at resting troops. Bonus point for Yoimiya's homing sparklers was based on rat's tail sparkler, which is often depicted in anime/manga media as it some kind of homing properties.

I meant more-so that she has a disappointing lack of AoE for a character themed around fireworks, but that was an interesting history lesson, I guess.
