I went and did some deeper digging; I've found the artist... Well, at least a name. The actual artist who drew that deleted their twitter a while ago, and my efforts to track down a new account have failed. (If you search an old account name, you can usually find reply tweets that you can use to track down the new account name, but this doesn't work if the account was deleted.)
