I think they might have exaggerated a bit. Girls don't gain that much muscle unless they are serious bodybuilders and I don't think that's the sort of training she did.

You remember that she was training swordmanship since, at least, 7 years old, propably even earlier, and she survived what, year on Demonic Continent, under even harsher master? And even later she was trained by at least two Sword Gods... Yea, I think that she would gain that much muscle.
