Actually, this really in-character for her. People seem to forget that Yukari is pretty childish when compared to other characters in her league, so it makes sense that if had a lover that looked at Ran’s chest, she’d do everything in her power to make him more interested in her.

In fact, Yukari is less like a Wise, Powerful Sage and more like Zeus from Greek Mythology. Not necessarily evil, but a bit of a egotistical, childish jerk.
