Because nobody here really cares what someone else likes (and nobody here wants to actually talk about each other's preferences). It basically equates to a silly one-liner.

I remember a time where the comment section had lots of silly and also horny conversations, but it was also a place full of flamewars and trolling. Changes came and now we seem to have more rules, but things also tend to run a lot better.
Still, a part of me misses the meme jokes, like with 10 comments all going "*dies from cuteness*" and some users pretending it was a crime scene or something.
