That's the organism from The Thing (1982), it could change it's cellular structure into anything it have stored in it's memory, it absorbs other organism in the cellular level, assimilates them, this organism is clearly a threat to humanity, we need to destroy it in the cellular level, anything above that would mean nothing to them, as they can bond back.
