Why does this series start off with coloured pages where random people barge into the tea party and then it comes to a few disconntected greyscale strips?

Something about Danbooru refusing to show paid-only content, I think. There were several physical releases and Danbooru only shows the samples.

Danbooru didn't have any rules against paid content when these comics were uploaded, and it still doesn't have any rules against doujins that aren't available for free. Additionally, the somewhat recently established ban on paid rewards wasn't applied retroactively, so old stuff isn't affected regardless.
If there are pages missing from this or any other old series, it's because no one ever found and uploaded the scans of them (or they were never scanned in the first place).

Ooh, I see.
Fine, fine.In that case, I challenge you to a battle for this girl! No, you should stick to common sense. What is this? It's as if I'm the villain here. Well, forcing her on this place at first and now coming back to get her would make me the villain if one thinks in common sense terms. But, for Kanako-sama's sake, I must not be constrained by common sense. Ugh, what should I do... OooooohUh......You ignoring me, huh?!
