Looking at the artist's gallery, they've been drawing chins this way for at least three years. As for the "hand in the mirror", what mirror?

The person behind Zenobia looks like gudao, and considering that's the Chaldea master uniform it's more believable to be him

There's no mirror. The viewer is in Boudica's PoV looking into a room with Zenobia and Gudao in the back.

I took the liberty of adding Gudao's tag, since he's in the background and his fucking stupid hairstyle is recognizable enough.
Not sure why it wasn't tagged, hopefully I didn't fuck up anything.

Also Zenobia is hot.
